Seo Ji Hye is a minimalist

In reality, Seo Ji Hye is a minimalist.“I pursue a minimalist lifestyle. I like to keep my house organized and to live with only the essentials. I don’t keep unnecessary items,” the actress said.

May I present to you, a thing called rolling exercise.

Step 1: Do the basic rolling. This serves as your warm-up. All you need do is grab the back of your thighs, then roll back and forth.

 

 

Step 2: Put your hands on the mat. This time, you completely flip your legs. Then using your core strength, pull your legs back down… then stretch. 

 

 

Step 3: The third move is called Gun rolling. Imagine as if you’re pointing a gun at your enemy.

 

With this position, you rely on your core strength to flip your body. 

 

 

Step 4: This is the last and final step. Grab the ankles then start rolling. This is said to stimulate your spine even more.  

 

 

So Ji Hye does these steps with 40 repetitions on each move. All in all, she can make 120-150 reps. Oh no, I’m already sweating in fear with these numbers!  

 

 

 

 

Skincare after workout

Yep, right after the sweaty workout and a cool shower, she heads to take care of her skin. Since she sweated a lot on the exercise, she needed to tighten her pores. She immediately grabbed a facial mask sheet.

Kim Jung Hyun is a workout freak! In his recent interview (Allure Korea), he confessed that his way of relieving stress is through working out.
