In an anniversary special episode of Master in the House, Son Ye Jin showed another side of her that surprises many, including Lee Seung-gi, Yook Sung-jae, Lee Sang-yoon, and Yang Se-hyung.
She may look fragile and sweet on the outside, but damn, this girl is on fire in her workout suit! Her daily workout? Pilates and TRX!
For the first time on television, the actress shared her go-to gym and her kind of workout for more than 10 years now. Let’s just say her love for Pilates and TRX is as much as her statement, “I come here more often than my house!”
Pilates is designed to improve posture, flexibility, balance, and body coordination. It also builds strength and endurance with its repetitive movements and tone the whole body.
While Pilates is suitable for everyone, some studies show it specifically benefits people with lower back pains.
TRX (Total Resistance Exercises), on the other hand, is intense training to burn body fat. These two combinations are the core of Son Ye Jin’s lean physique.
On top of that, Ye Jin got herself a license to teach these exercises if she wants to. Oh, please, sign me up!

While everyone else is obsessed with the Korean 10-step skincare norm, Son Ye Jin, on the other hand, prefers a simpler routine.
Cleansing Queen
With her skin type, Ye Jin is a sucker for cleansers. Usually, mornings with a splash of water is enough, but with oily skin like Ye Jin, she realized she needs more than that.
She admitted in an interview, “In the past, I heard it’s not good to cleanse your face in the morning, so I usually just wash my face with water. But over time, I learned that I have oily skin, so now I cleanse my face every morning and night no matter how busy I am.”
A mask is a must
Son Ye Jin is as successful as Yoon Se-ri (the character portrayed in Crash Landing on You) in real life. Still, a busy bee like Ye Jin makes time for facial masks daily. She let it sit for about 10 minutes, followed by a serum.

To start, he complimented Hyun Bin for having a body like an athlete. He has good proportions – a small face, broad shoulder, and long legs. But it takes hard work and discipline to achieve the body he has today.
Hyun Bin does Aerobic exercises twice a day, 5-6 times a week! He exercises as soon as he wakes up with an empty stomach. He also does weight training with coach Yoon.
Hyun Bin’s diet
When there’s an upcoming project, Hyun Bin exerts effort to shape up to get the image of the character he is portraying.
For example, while preparing for his movie Confidential Assignment (2017), Coach Yoon said Bin went under an extreme diet like an athlete. He ate chicken breast, sweet potato, and vegetables.
But like us, Hyun Bin loves to eat. So on days when he’s not filming, he savors our all-time favorite pizza or hamburger but… in moderation.
